How to Change Your Ubisoft Connect Avatar (Desktop)
Curiously, much like how you change your Ubisoft account name, there’s no way to change your avatar within the Ubisoft Connect desktop app. You need to do it via Ubisoft’s website instead.
Go to Ubisoft’s website. Click the blank profile picture in the top-right and sign in. Click your profile picture in the top-right. Next to your username, click your profile picture. Select either Choose from gallery (use the dropdown to change category) to select a preloaded avatar, or Upload your avatar > Upload image to upload your own custom avatar (500 x 500 pixels minimum, JPG/PNG file format; you can crop after upload). Click Save.
How to Change Your Ubisoft Connect Avatar (Mobile)
You can also change your avatar on the Ubisoft Connect app. However, you can’t select from the preloaded Ubisoft avatars like you can on desktop. Instead, you choose from your photo gallery or take a picture.
Open the Ubisoft Connect app. On the Home tab, tap your username. Tap your profile picture. Choose either Pick from your photo gallery or Take a picture. All custom avatars need to be compliant with Ubisoft’s Terms of Use; failure to do so may cause you to be banned from changing your avatar or from the service entirely.
