Change the Email Signature in the Outlook iOS App
The Outlook mobile app for iOS supports Microsoft and non-Microsoft email accounts such as Gmail and Yahoo. You can use these instructions to change your Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo, and other email signatures as long as the account is listed inside the Outlook app.
To change your email signature in the Outlook app and make a different signature for each of your email accounts:
Open the Outlook app, then tap your profile icon in the upper-left corner. In older iOS versions, tap the three-line menu. Tap Settings (the gear icon). Scroll to the Mail section. Tap Signature. In the Signature screen, erase the signature and enter a new signature. To set up a different email signature for a different account, turn on the Per Account Signature toggle switch. When you’re done, tap the back arrow to return to the Settings screen. The new signature appears in the Signature section. If Per Account Signatures is enabled, the signature does not appear. Tap the Exit button to return to your mail.
Edit the Signature Temporarily
Another way to change your email signature in the Outlook app is to delete it from individual messages on an as-needed basis before you send the message. For example, if you made a custom signature, deleted the signature, or kept the original default signature, but want to change it for the email you’re about to send.
To edit the signature on a per-email basis, scroll down the message until you reach the bottom where the signature is. Remove, edit, add more text, or delete the signature before sending it.
When you edit a signature this way, the updated signature is only applied to that message. If you start a new message, the signature stored in the settings will always take precedence.
