How to Cancel Tidal From Your Web Browser
Follow these instructions to cancel your Tidal subscription from a web browser.
Visit my. tidal. com. Enter your login credentials, which are the email address used to create the account and a password. Select Subscription. Select Cancel My Subscription. Tidal asks you if you’re sure you want to cancel. Confirm to close your account.
How to Cancel Tidal From the Mobile App
You can cancel your account from the mobile app as well. Follow these instructions to cancel your Tidal subscription from the mobile app.
Open the Tidal app and log in to your account. Select My Collection. Locate and select Settings. Under Settings, select My Profile > Manage Subscription. On the subscription management screen, find and select Subscription. Select Cancel Subscription to end your Tidal subscription.
How to Cancel Tidal Through Apple Wallet/iTunes
Because subscription management is built into iOS, this method is ideal if you use an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Open Settings on the iOS device. Select your name or profile at the top of the Settings menu. Select Subscriptions. If you don’t see Subscriptions, select iTunes & AppStore > Apple ID > View Apple ID. Sign in, then scroll down and select Subscriptions. Select the Tidal subscription option. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm that you’d like to cancel.
How to Cancel Tidal Through Sprint
Sprint users get up to six months of Tidal service for free when purchasing the network’s Unlimited Plus plan. Users can cancel their subscription through one of the methods mentioned above, using the Tidal website or app, or Apple Wallet or iTunes. With this method, your Tidal account is active until the end of your current payment period with Sprint.
It may be easier for Sprint users to cancel their connected Tidal service through their MySprint profile. This removes the account from Tidal’s services and from Sprint.
Log into your MySprint account. Select your device, then select Change my services. Scroll down and select Tidal. Select Unsubscribe.
